Hello guys, i was wonderin wich type of orginal sly boxes is safe to put the card in for testing. I have got a Pace TDS850nb and was wondering if it was safe to put the card in that box becouse of the new pairing system. Becouse all my channels are out and i have been reading about other that it is happening to.

I think i have the whole subscription now on my sly card after i bought the BT subscription. So isn´t it supose to be that long the entitlement list for all the channels?

I´m just running a sly uk card in raspberry oscam server with my family. I bought the subscription in a dealer shop in iceland, same place where i got the card. Do i maby have to put the card to the orginal reciever to get it working?

Hello everyone, i just got a new sly card for my server and also did get a new sly reciever to get sly 3d working. When i put the new card in nothing worked. Do i have to do something when i put in another card?

If we are using just oscam, were do we add the clients? And are clients using C: lines or anu other. I have just tried to use ubuntu server with oscam/cccam, want to try this rasperry wich i think i awsome.

Hello guys, i thinking about to try use my old DM500 box as a server at my home for the bedrooms. I have once setup a PC server with ubuntu 12.04 that i installed onboard a ship for the crew to watch tv in every cabin. Know i want to try myself some of this. I have a few questions that i would like to ask.

1. Is there any one firmware better than other for this.
2. Can i use the smartcard reader in dm500 box to read the canal digital card (thor 0.8°).
3. Do i use just cccam or is it better to use oscam/cccam.

My problem is not the c lines. It is like there is some network error becouse i cant ping the server, cant connect to it with putty or winscp. But when í am in the terminal in server computer i can ping adresses and let him update.

Hello guys, i´m having a problem with a ubuntu server. In the server i can ping other adresses and get updates but í can´t ping the server or use putty or winscp. Is this anything you reconice

Hello everyone i just got my server running and i´m new to this so i am wondering abaout the oscam.server file. Do i have to put in something in the caid and box id. And what is caid? Also does anybody know what freq. to use with conax card for thor 0.8°.

Hello every one, i´m new to this and just setup my first linux server. I used ubuntu 12.04 lts server an followed this install process from thatfellow. I have a few questions about this all.

1. I installed both oscam and cccam and was wondering if it is enough to just put f lines in the cccam.cfg
2. If i have oscam do i have to add serial number of the box the card was opened to in the server so the server can read the card.
3. do i have to get dns server for the c lines, i´m just going to use the server trough switch and connect 20 boxes to the switch. I´m setting this server onboard ship so i wont have it connected to the inter net. So cant the c lines just have the ipaddres port number and user passw.

If anyone can help me it would be amasing thank you.
