    ok mate


    i'm on my 800SE clone sim 2.01 i was getting freezing/mosaicing constantly with vlc which i thought was the problem i've tried everything possible disabling firewalls, opening ports, going wireless, and wired, i've tried different boxes an 800 clone and a Amiko Alien2, i've tried so many different CCcam emulations i almost run out of the and i tried oscam, the list goes on and on mate.


    so then i came across a proggie on Linuxsat called EnigmaTV so i d/l it and installed it but to get the full prog it was pay for much against my better judgement i did so, i must it's very nice program......but sadly still performed the same as vlc, i've also tried a few different images, so only the other day a new version of a modded OpenPli came out so i tried that unfortunatey i wasn't to my liking but there was a menu on it allowed certain streaming capabilities, but i didn't like the image so it went.


    so i went back to my original image the last version of dream elite...........and to my surprise everything started to work fine no more freezing/mosaicing, thofinally i see the options on the menu regarding the title of the posting and thought if they might be able to improve the running of the prog.

    I'm trying to stream from my dm800se clone to my lappie using vlc 2.0.5 it keeps disconnecting the whole time.
    sometimes it will open and work fine for 45 minutes or so then it'll crash then continue to crash every five minutes or so, or it will only open for 5 minutes then crash constantly.


    i've tried all manner of options i've tried running from what i use as a server a dm800 clone, i've also tried a borrowed amiko alien running E2 and oscam, i'm using CCcam 230 on the clones i've tried SD and HD channels as well as FTA it still happens on them all.
    i've been onto the vlc website and read so many pages and got nowhere, i know i should have probably asked on there but because i feel this is a satellite problem i'll get it answered better here............i just know that there's streaming wizard on here that will guide me through this :sure:

    oh! i'm using the Nemesis image on the 800SE.


    now changed image using the latest Dream Elite CCcam 2.3.0

    im looking for a streamer for a windoze lappie, vlc keeps locking up on HD channels so i was looking for an alternative and thought enigmatv might be the answer, but i'm not going to pay for it.


    so the search continues.

    i would seriously consider getting in touch with the site sponsor, in the past i have had the box you have now, plus numerous Dreamboxes and a few VU+ plus's, after a chat with the boss he suggested a DB800 SE clone to me i also purchased a DB 800 from him, and i must say i have never regretted the decision of either of my purchases.


    so give him a call you might just save yourself £'s

    it's happened again i've d/l one image, i've tried to d/l a 2nd and it tells me i have reached my limit and cannot download again for 24 hours, can someone please tell me why.

  • Usals on 800SE clone

    Hi


    i'm trying to set up my system using usals, on my previous VU+ Duo there was no problem, but on this clone i'm having a mare of a time.


    i've tried about 15 different images, all manner of longtude and latitude settings including the correct ones, but i cant select a satellite without having to tweak the dish every time.


    my settings are Long: 000:500 East Lat: 51.000 North.


    can someone please help me get this sorted.

    ok thanks got it sorted.


    problem was i was not aware that there were specific images for the 800 and 800 se i was trying to load 800 images on the SE, got the proper images now everything sorted.

    hello mate


    i did say in my post that it's a clone which is a DVB 800 SE which in turn is a DMM 800 Second Editon clone.


    i've been trying so many sim 2.01 ssl84 images and every one gives the same message.


    as i say i've got a DVB 800 i run as a server with a Rami dream-elite image on it, that installed fine but it wont load on the SE though.


    and yes i'm using the webif method ie hold the power button and plug the power in, and get the ip addy, and load or try to load the .nfi image.


    i'm going nuts here i've been at it for hours.


    any help would be greatly appriciated.

    sorry title should read: IMAGE FOR WRONG ARCHITECTURE


    Im try to load dream-elite rami 2.1 ssl84 .nfi i've also tried other images that i thought would be compatable on a dvb 800 se clone and i keep getting the above message.


    can someone tell me whats going on? i've got a dvb 800 also, i have occasionly had the problem with that as well but (cant remember why lol) but by and large images install ok on that.
