Hope someone can help. I've tried twice to install metalkettle and each
time I get as far as to enable it but at 86% it freezes so now it's installed
but not enabled twice,how can I delete these? -

A quick update,I now have both boxes up and running thanks
to everyone that helped. Just need to get some more addons
on, I tried to get movies HD but couldn't find it. -
Whilst running OpenElec on nand would you say your getting everything
from the box, well most things of interest. -

After doing a recovery on the Wetek play I had lost all settings
on kodi/ xbmc but on OpenElec all is still there including all the
mistakes I'd made lol,how do I wipe that side of things.I have
powered the box while holding the switch on the bottom but
made no difference. Thanks in advance. -

While trying to activate Wetek play it asks for the activation
code,where do I find that please. Many thanks in advance. -
I got a letter from BT two weeks ago telling me they were increasing
the price of broadband by 5% as well as the line rental in July. Rip off. -
At long last I've got the Wetek recovery completed,
thanks to all that helped.It was simple enough at
the end when it was explained step by step. -
Thanks busman for your reply,I followed your instructions as far as clicking on the blue folder
which brings up a window entitled downloads and I have to click on a window called file name
which has a drop down menu with a file named c:\f2\documents\wetek-OpenElec.img which
I open and click write which it does successfully but does nothing when I put the card in the Wetek.
Where am I going wrong,this is the most successful I've been.- - - Updated - - -

Thanks canthackit I have the card formatted to Fat32 for sure but what I would really need is a step by step guide leaving nothing out because I'm doing something wrong along the way.I have got to the point where
I'm ready to put it away. I might see if I can get someone to do it for me.Cheers.

About to give up on this, I have downloaded USB Image Tool exe and
WeTeK Play rescue but can't get the rescue file onto a SD card,any
pointers as to what I'm doing wrong. I have been following the link
by snifferdsx (howto-u brick-Wetek-play). -

I have tried all suggestions and the first time I held the button in for 35 secs.
before releasing and got installation aborted as before, the second time I tried
nothing happened so after 1 min.15 secs I released the button and now I have
just the blue power light and no other lights come on,what have I done? -
