It's the duo2 and frequency is 12606 v 27500 2/3

The same happened last weekend but came back on
Monday and lost it again on Thursday so don't know
what is going on.

Still getting tune failed on boxnation which I subscribe to and
while searching around with the box I have noticed when I go
to information/service it doesnt show any video format or
video size it's just blank but on other channels these are filled in.
Was wondering if this would be the reason I can't tune it in,also
if I go to sat finder and fill in frequency etc.there is no signal and
I have the dish positioned spot on.No fingernails left.

I have reloaded channel list but still nothing,even if I go
to sat finder and put in the frequency there is no signal showing.

Has anyone else had this problem.Since getting the duo 2 setup I
Have lost boxnation and some other channels which aren't important.
twice now,it tells me tune failed even though it was working.I have
done a full scan as well as auto bouquets but still no luck.Anybody
any ideas?My box is still reading my local.

I have it scanned in now but still says tune failed,
not at home now.

Thanks acco,I was reading other posts here and the answer
seems to be in autobouquets. I will work with that first before
changing LNB.

Anniman I tried your suggestion but it didn't scan in as well
as a few other channels missing.It was worth a try.

I got the duo 2 setup yesterday and installed catseye channel list and
when I go to boxnation which I subscribe to message tells me tune failed
and even if I scan that sat. I get the same message. Is it a tune issue or

I'm selling my Spiderbox 9000HD comes with remote,leads and manuel in original box.
