Losing boxnation

Has anyone else had this problem.Since getting the duo 2 setup I
Have lost boxnation and some other channels which aren't important.
twice now,it tells me tune failed even though it was working.I have
done a full scan as well as auto bouquets but still no luck.Anybody
any ideas?My box is still reading my local.

thanks mrrawuk,i will give that a go. Did it happen to you?

I have reloaded channel list but still nothing,even if I go
to sat finder and put in the frequency there is no signal showing.
