Hi people. I deperately need an openbox dump for the S10 or S11 with the subtitles disabled.
I have a friend in France with an s10 and a newer f5S remote(has no subtitle button), he has loaded a clean firmware to fix some issues and by default subs are enabled.
He can't switch them off because as already mentioned there is no button on the remote to do it, and the "m/p" button has no affect on these early boxes.
I'd be very grateful if anyone is able to help.

Had to reinstall openpli 4.0 on my dm800se, but can't get ondemand working.
I've tried several versions and have all the required dependencies installed but every category in the iplayer plugin gives the same message:
"No Episodes Found for BBC IPlayer: Listings for xxxxxxxxx" where xxxxxxxx is the category.
Just checked ITV player and that is working.
Anyone got an idea why iplayer isn't ?

I've been trying to install Dflash to make a backup of my image on a dm800se - openpil4.0
Each time I try to install it i get the following error

Just installed the ondemand plugin on a dm800se.. all working lovely except 4OD.
I've installed the fix at the top of the board stickied by MasterG, but the only options are 'Search' & 'Back'
If I try searching 'News' for example it successfully finds Channel4 News
But when I try to play the following message appears
"Programme not available on PS3 4OD!"
Is this normal ?

I'd tried installing libcurl manually with the ipk but couldn't get it working.
installed it directly from the feed and it's sorted :)
From telnet
init 4 && rm /media/usb/epg.dat && reboot
enigma reboots and the epg is empty.
Setup > crossepg > OpenTV providers > *** Uk OpenTV (Astra on 28.2) ticked
Yellow button to download
Still the process takes less than 2 seconds, and the epg is repopulated with FTA channel data.
Telnet back to box;
find / -name epg.dat - no epg.dat found anywhere on the filesystem.

Scheduled Download > 'disabled'
Force epg reload on boot as > 'no'
For some reason it is only showing epg data for the FTA channels.
If I delete the epg.dat from /media/usb on each reboot it is recreated
if I do a manual download it goes through the following actions (in less than 2 seconds)
starting download
starting converter
loading data
can't for the life of me figure this out.
Hi , I'm currently running a DM800 clone sim2.1 #84 (RevG Tuner - bcm4505 tuner) with DreamElite V3.0 image.
Im running a pcsc compiled version of oscam on the box (to support 2 attached omnikey readers) but every now and again it crashes with card 'not found' messages.
It's simple enough for me to restart oscam from TSpanel, but I'm trying to simplify this for the rest of the family.
I've written a simple script to restart the pcsc deamon and oscam and would like to assign this to the 'help' button on the remote.
Here's the only entry I can find in the 'keymap.mxl' file that refers to the 'Help' button

I have 2 servers,
server 1 has two locals (stabg & cyfra), Dm800 Clone running dreamelite v3 image with 2 omnikey 3121 readers connected to the usb ports, and oscam r7107/dvbapi reading the cards.
server 2 has 1 local (s*yuk), running on a debian server Oscam r7607 again using an omni 3121 reader.
The problem Im experiencing is when creating a proxy reader on server2 to connect to server1 it shows "CONNECTED ( 0 of 2 cards )" I receive the ecms but it's not showing the cards as local even though they are, surely it should show "( 2 of 2 cards )"

Yes mate it's a mips box,
I found a precompiled binary with pcsc & webif support, then also realised pcscd wasn't running. [bang head against wall]
I've added a script for it to run on startup and it's working like a charm now.
Just been reading up on the oscam wiki about cross compiling (using toolchains), so might have a go at this myself, cheers for the offer to build it though much appreciated :)

Going round in circles with this, and beginning to wonder if it only supports smargo ?
Been trying to work out how to get an omikey 3121 reader working with oscam on a dm800.
"lsusb" correctly identifies the omikey reader.
I've compiled my own oscam binaries on my ubuntu pc with pcsc support, but don't know where to begin doing this on an E2 box.
I've google searched for pre-compiled binaries and found a couple. However on execution they don't list "pcsc" under the "protocol" drop down on the "Readers" tab in oscam.

From the oscam web interface I can see "dvbapi_user" successfully connects to and receives ecm's from the remote server at "xxxxx.dyndns.net,12345" when I try to view a 0963 channel, however there is no picture and the screen is blank. ?
I'd be grateful for any help. Thanks.

This is the problem I'm having trouble getting my head round.

or maybe it will be

None of these are valid under the [newcamd] section in oscam.conf
For example If I have all 4 cards successfully running under oscam and connect to the server using newcamd on port xxxxx. I can only receive ecm's for 0963 requests the other readers are just ignored.
Anyone know how to do this ?
