I just love these dishes, wish I had one.
i wish they made an enormous one ¬ 1.5 or 2 meter- That would out do most motorised !:still_dreaming:
Tm2300 are ok too provided the dish used is not to big or seriously exposed ! the tm2600 is exactly the same but has a metal gear cog.
Manhatten does a motor too. i had one for almost 10 years before it let go ¬ It took a few different dishes too - a 1.1 orb killed it :beat_brick:.
Try manually searching out an updated transponder _
Use king of sat or lyngsat ! Its a very strong signal here in UK on some beams_
Is your channel list up to date ?
go to 19e and manually nudge east until you get a lock for example !
i think the motor will work through port 1 of the diseqc switch However i'm not certain ?
Rule 13 from memory ¬:taxman:
check my previous post we crossed the thread
a dish: Triax TD110 110cm (1.1m) Satellite Dish with Pole Mount Fittings
and a some sort of dual lnb ?
if you choose that particular dish it is imperative to use The inverto ultra black LNB
Inverto Black Ultra Single LNB - Trac Communications - Aerial - Satellite - HDMI - Digital Reception Components
the lnb has a long collar and allows it to be positioned correctly by having the white face as close as possible to the dish !
The twin version is slightly shorter !
Why do you need a twin on a motorised ! Lots of people (myself included) use a fixed dish for there local satellite (mine is 28e) and a motorised to surf with - this means i can record BBC whilst watching foreign (porn-football-feeds) :snicker: the porn bit as of course not relevant in my case !
:rikjaard1:
Yes mate you could add a motor to the tm90 dish !
i have a 1.8 channel master !
a 78cm
and standerd mini dish !
60 cm dish will get quiet a few sats here in the southwest ! and i believe you can even receive sirius well up ion the north east and parts of scotland!
Its a great introduction to finding what else is available ! Now your hooked it wont be long before you get an even bigger one :snicker:
80cm is a good size dish thats not too over the top and willreceive most sats !
Your 60 will get some hispasat channels round at 30west and turksat over at 42 east - They both have strong beams _ Get outthgere and give ita go !

Ubuntuforums.org, the Linux distribution's online community, has shut down for maintenance after a security breach.
It's not a pretty one: the site's operators say “Unfortunately the attackers have gotten every user's local username, password, and email address from the Ubuntu Forums database.”
The good news is that “The passwords are not stored in plain text, they are stored as salted hashes.”
The second piece of bad news is that a quick trip to the site through the wayback machine produces a page stating the site has 1,824,159 members, of whom 19,493 are classified as “active”. That's a lot of users who may not be visiting the site often enough to know of the breach. Little wonder then that the announcement on the site recommends “if you were using the same password as your Ubuntu Forums one on another service (such as email), you are strongly encouraged to change the password on the other service ASAP.”
The site was taken down on Saturday evening, UK time, after being defaced earlier in the day. The defacement has been attributed to a twitter user @Sputn1k_, who's not exactly the Internet's best friend right now.@Sputn1k_ You must feel proud defacing a site by volunteers. They dedicate time and effort to make a free distro. Worst kind of "hacker"
— Alex (@aldude999) July 21, 2013
The site is still down at the time of writing, which could indicate the attack was severe or that Canonical, the company backing Ubuntu, hasn't been able to get a lot of engineers back on duty over the weekend.
Other Ubuntu services, namely Ubuntu One and Launchpad, aren't impacted by the breach. ®

Little steps and patience
i should have mentioned that the prime focus LNB is on hotbird in the pictures i posted !
Here's a picture of a 28e and hotbird 13e multi set up !

What exactly happened to you AND
how you got it sorted ???
its highly likely that non hd channels will be ok ¬ but who wants SD with a big HD screen !![]()
