RSA is OKI have installed Simplebuild script and I update one time by week ... In this moment have oscam svn-8886 update today
and have same problemsGo back to the previous working version, or try another new build, sometimes a new build can have bugs.
Always keep a backup of your working one in case your new one don't work.
oscam is good for n3 cards ;) -

Haha i know that ****hole of a website you speak of well pheonix... i spent a few years as a mod there too..luckily i resigned months before F.A.C.T stepped in and closed them down..sad thing is they then went on and opened a paid cs server website afterwards.

Set it to false
That allows your user to map new channels or channels that have changed freq -
Allow your users to use the mapper
map-exclude="false"
Also check if you have accidently blocked those channels if you use blocking

Then what is the point of having the 2 cards if you don't want to loadbalance and only use 1 for a backup ?
You would probably be better off using oscam with different groups -

The simple solution is to Google for a working config for your card and replace the one that's not working !

Why would you need a vps if you have been running it for 18 months without any problems ?
I once saw a csp server with many profiles and many many users been run from 3mb broadband so unless you have hundreds of users then there is no need for a vps.
A vps capable of doing what your doing from home will cost you an extra 20 euro per month, do you really need it for that extra cost ? -
The metric setup in your connectors look ok so add this to both your via profiles and test
<load-balance>false</load-balance>

FTP to /usr/local/csp/config and edit the proxy.xml with what is missing
as lfc has said CSP is telling you what is wrongThis is missing from your proxy.xml

Add it after your newcamd connectors and try to restart CSP again
