Hi does anyone have any problems using this firmware getting cccam or mgcamd working on openbox s10, i have tried many ways but it will not upload via usb:

Its driving me mad , have dhcp on.usb stick formatted to fat 32, i have also tried putting CWS_ instead of the N and saving it as Newcamd.list and CCcam.cfg but the box just is not finding either of the config files, any help would be great.

You could ask someone else for a test line and see if that makes any difference, you can only rule one thing at a time and work from there.

The more i read the more i am confusing myself lol, just ordered card reader card reader and was told today by a mate who works for sly, that you can clone hd cards, think i will try and keep it simple as possible. thanks for your help.

Many of my friends and family have just been made redundant, they are willing to help with set up costs that is why i am asking if you get a better set up if you splash out a bit more cash.
Also if it had its own broadband connection with nothing else running of it would this help,Thanks guys.

No just set it up so my friends and family can watch what package i am on, if they want to shot me a few bob that would be a bonus.With this in mind would it be better to let them have no reshares, as i dont want it to affect the overall performance.

Thanks guys just for taking the the time to answer my questions, Once i get boxkey what do i do to install on linux server and can you use a 3g dongle. Also how many people can you share with,would i need a smargo reader or anything else, sorry for all these questions.

I am open to suggestions on Debian or Ubuntu just after which is the easiest to set up, as i am a newbie most of the techie terms are a bit double dutch at the moment, which of all the EMUS are the easiest and most secure to set up, by the way this site is the best i have come across by a country mile, just wish the image verification would go away.
