If that's the case one card should be fine.

There are also other steps you can take, id suggest you have a look at the oscam tutorial section, maybe even Multics and CSP, really depends on where your at with your skill level and such, and patience Ofc.

Going back to your previous issue, id suggest rebooting your router once a day if can be set to do it automatically, in it may cache a route that is not optimal for some reason, and I dont know if you have or not but set reservations for so your devices get the same IPs are at least the main ones do.

I haven't actually used them myself, so thats were I am at skill wise prolly even lower ;)

There are too many variables to give a reliable answer, net, machine spec, reader used, which cam and the list goes on.

It is unusual that you would only want to share, most people I know that participate in such activities, trade off details, doesn't have to be on other sats either, you and your peers could get different packages this would also distribute the the requests more evenly between you and avoid having to consider, how many before I get problems.

Ok click on each device, and press search, let it find the ips (you can reduce the range at the top to save time), highlight the correct ip and press select/ok (cant remember off top of my head), do same with router.

Also, is the config right for your network, usually this will be 'router'.

The issue may not be in your setup but could be a routing issue.

Try rebooting your router, leaving it off for about 1 min.

    Could also try -

    Code
    http://www.pingtest.net/

    What is Pingtest.net?
Use Pingtest, net to determine the quality of your broadband Internet connection. Streaming media, voice, video communications, and online gaming require more than just raw speed. Test your connection now to get your Pingtest, net rating and share the result with others!!

Tonight is the launch of the next Warcraft expansion and its the time of day when kids have got home had something to eat as well as adults so they may well be downloading the content. Just something to consider.

Thats what I did except I installed binary via built in options, and it is started or at least during start up, ive give it back for now, mgcam is working and channels have been re scanned will keep him happy for now :) He can look at horse racing results on it lol

Its possibly been overwritten, if you have re installed DCC e2.. But you could try a recovery program to get the previous version back.

This is a link to a free one, but id recommend you look for a copy of a paid one

    Code
    http://www.piriform.com/recuva

I always have a second, account on my receiver, and any i setup for friends 'just in case', might be something you want to consider going forward.

What is the default location on e1 for Oscam configs?

    /var/tuxbox/config ?

Was just putting a new image on a box for a friend (Marwensat 2.6) and ive downloaded the latest version of OScam you could directly from the receiver and MGCam 1.38

Shows them both starting, and he has a local s*y card (not that he re shares it anyway, as its usually in original s*y receiver).

I have added the connection from Oscam to mgcam (opted for Mgcam as he is complaining of glitches and freezes, and mgcam works.

But I am not convinced oscam is reading the configs, although I have have not substantiated this, as I am not even sure of you can connect to oscam's webif in an e1 box.

I remember a poster at school and it is something that always sticks in my mind, and applies here -

    Achievement

You have achieved something when -

You do it for the first time
You do something better than you have done before.

With so much to learn in this hobby its worth remembering

    EDIT: Fixed typo

Obviously the more secure the better, but start with the basics

    Good passwords
    Don't use default ports
and by zapto.org, I assume thats dydns
Another easy one to setup dont use sequential IP Address.

These are the standards and anything on top of this is a bonus, VPS isnt really going to improve your security, but a VPN would.

In all honesty, mgcam, cccam and newcam are pretty straight forward and there are reams of tutorials in the corresponding sections.

Oscam takes a lot more getting your head round as there are a lot more options, its far more robust than any of other three you mention.

Have a good holiday, come back refreshed, get your head round mgcam, cccam and newcam.

Then tackle oscam, as the knowledge gained from the others will be of use to you here.

At least that would be my advice.

    Anyway Bon Voyage for now.

    Victory by Unanamous Decsion

Michael Bisping has been a longtime UFC middleweight contender, but one criticism that followed him was that he never defeated a top-10 opponent.

But by edging former WEC champion Brian Stann (12-5 MMA, 6-4 UFC) in a UFC 152 main-card bout on Saturday, Bisping (23-4 MMA, 13-4 UFC) arguably got that much-needed victory.

Full fight video highlights are now available of the their bout.

UFC 152 took place at Toronto's Air Canada Centre, and the main card aired on pay-per-view.

UFC officials stopped short of calling this fight a title eliminator in the buildup to UFC 152, but both Bisping and Stann are marketable options. And a win for either fighter could have helped pad his resume and moved him a step closer to middleweight champion Anderson Silva.

After three hard-fought rounds, the win went to Bisping via unanimous decision. The British fighter and Season 3 champion of "The Ultimate Fighter" mixed in a few big takedowns with crisp and very accurate striking. That ultimately earned him the win via 29-28 scores.

Michael Bisping asks for world title shot after beating Brian Stann at UFC 152

Michael Bisping has insisted that he should be next in line for a shot at Anderson Silva for the UFC middleweight title after beating Brian Stann at UFC 152 on Saturday.

The British fighter earned a unanimous points victory over Stann in Toronto, and feels that he has earned the right to challenge Silva.

He said: "I always try to push the pace, I've never been a natural athlete, I just want this so bad.

"This hunger for a title shot isn't going away, come on the UFC, step up, hook a brother up."

Victory over former US Marine Stann was Bisping's 23rd career victory.

    [HR][/HR]

Does Michael Bisping deserve a title shot, or is it just inevitable?
Say this for Michael Bisping: the guy is persistent. After a career defined ups and down aplenty, the British Middleweight is once again knocking on the door of a title shot after his unanimous decision win over Brian Stann at UFC 152 last night (Sept. 22, 2012) in Toronto, Canada.

There are some fighters who rub mixed martial arts (MMA) fans the wrong way, and Bisping seems to be Mayor of that irritated town ... at least outside of the United Kingdom. Whether it's taking a controversial decision over Matt Hamill, spitting on Jorge Rivera or the various fouls "The Count" committed in that bout, or simply coming off as a bit too pompous, the dude has a gift for being abrasive.

But he's consistent, ever-improving, and equipped with a solid gas tank and guts. And all of this was apparent Saturday night against Stann, a guy with more athletic ability and power who -- like many of Bisping's opponents --couldn't sustain it over the long haul in the face of Bisping's better head for strategy and fighting to sway the judges.

Ever since Bisping won season three of The Ultimate Fighter (TUF), he's been painstakingly matched to build a credible case for a title shot. After dropping down to 185 pounds when it became apparent that light heavyweight was clearly not his proper division, the branding and rebuilding of Bisping has been a long process, one interrupted brutally by Dan Henderson and in little more than decision-loss hiccups to Wanderlei Silva and Chael Sonnen.
Bisping may indeed get the next title shot against Anderson Silva, and it may be one of the longer-odds challenges in recent memory. Stylistically, he has all the wrong tools that you'd want to deal with Silva.

He lacks world-class wrestling -- though his takedown defense is pretty solid and his takedowns have evolved from mediocre to decent -- and he relies on a points-based, busy striking style with modest-at-best power. Both of those tendencies are likely to backfire terribly against Silva, but the champ has pretty much cleaned out the division.

The curious case of Chris Weidman being given Tim Boetsch at UFC 154 instead of a shot at Silva pretty much makes the case for the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) in bold print -- it's determined to milk every bit of promotional mojo out of Bisping they can and get him a title shot. Bisping has always carried extra promotional heft because of his U.K. fan base and the recognition he's built for himself as a TUF winner.

Silva's journey to 205 against Stephan Bonnar next month is more of a keep-busy type of fight, as it will only set the stage to create serious talk of Silva at 205. He'll destroy Bonnar, a game but aged fighter who hit his competitive plateau years ago. The middleweight cupboard pretty much has Bisping on the shelf - - despite the fact that Weidman would be a deserved 2-1 or better favorite to beat him -- and it appears the UFC is hell-bent on getting him a title shot.

And, if true, good for him.

It shows that persistence pays off, and it never hurts to have a little help in high places.
    [HR][/HR]

What is your view on this?

Mine - Although, I know Bisping through being in the same circle of college friends and DJ'ing at local clubs, I think the fact that the main British Fighter in the UFC, and the main interest of the British MMA Fans will certainly help sway Dana Whites decsion.
