Ive used it on Windows 7, without any problems, but if you want to be sure, right click the shortcut and go to properties then compatibility you can set it to run as administrator and in which compatibility mode you like.

Check your firewall isn't preventing it for any reason and check the tick in thetop right corner is ticked as per my image below, if not click it and see what happens -

Quite a lot of people have had problems these last few days, delete your current epg file and start afresh. The fact you added Rytec is coincidental I think.

I don't really, I have made some posts there and sometimes reply though.

It was a shame they stopped development of the dbuk image, I liked it, and was very easy for new users to get to grips with.

Want to try out the latest version of Microsoft Office for free? Microsoft just released a consumer preview so you can check out what's new with Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and more. The new version is optimized for Windows 8 and offers plenty of cloud-enabled features for easy document sharing.

There are of course Microsoft other products for trial including thier upcoming releases -

    Windows 8
    Microsoft 2013
    etc...

How did you mount it in first place, I think you would be best using the built in device/mount manager (if there is one).

Failing that reinstall crossepg, reformat usb flash drive or try another flash drive, just to rule it out as a possibility.

Ive moved your post, although you wasn't the first to post quesions in the thread, it help keeps things tidy.

Have a read of this thread, it will prove useful to you and a good point of reference for commands that you will probably need at some point

I don't have a solo but you seem to be the second person having an issue with the image -

    1. Is your box a clone (although that would probably stop it from booting full stop)
    2. Do you have the right permissions (chmod) to the files
    3. Have you set the CAM to active and is it running (can you connect to it)

    Have you tried Musogeeks backup?

You could always keep your script and CCcam files from your current image and overwrite the ones that install when you install CCcam.

The other thing you may as well check is that the permission (chmod) is set to 775 for the necessary files.

hi there....as an aside to this,i have blackhole 1.6.6 installed and working but when updating to 1.7.6 the channels wont open.
Do I need a new bootloader?

Have you installed the correct cams and moved your configuration files over to the new image?
