Hi Szandor, the rules of the forum are that all new comers to the forum are to post a introduction post first, if you do this, your a lot more likely to get a response to your post(s), ill welcome you in advance ;)

Im not sure which command comes with bh, either -

    opkg

    OR

    ipkg...

    install --force-overwrite /tmp/tsp66.ipk

    OR

Note - one of the commands is a newer version of the previous.
If you are trying ipkg, then the full command would be -
    ipkg install --force-overwrite /tmp/tsp66.ipk

finally where I have used tsp66.ipk, this is because I usually give files a filename thats easier to remember and type in telnet/ssh.

I know this post could be worded/formatted better but its difficult to do such things when posting via my mobile. So feel free to edit/format as you wish.

Or ill do it when im on pc

The press arm for Anonymous has announced that it has begun its hacking spree for the 5th of November -- Guy Fawkes Day -- and claims to have dumped user and employee account information on accounts from PayPal, Symantec, Australian government Web sites and much more.

Monday's main focus seems to be an anti-surveillance protest -- as with the recent Anonymous October 20 protest -- with November 5th intent aimed at surveillance systems such as TrapWire and INDECT.

Trapwire and INDECT's opponents believe that the surveillance systems to be direct threats to privacy and certain civil freedoms and that their implementation could constitute human rights violations.

According to the various Anonymous Twitter accounts announcing the hacks and linking to document dumps, this is just the beginning of doc dumps and defacements for its day of protest. News of the protest is being shared on Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and Pastebin.

The hacktivists have also included in its Nov. 5th announcements tonight the hacking and defacement of Australian government sites, ImageShack and PayPal (claiming a zero day exploit), Ascension Australia, NBC.com and Lady Gaga's fan site (claimed for the spree by "Pyknic"), Saturday Night Live's Web site, Australian steel and mining company Arcelor Mittal, homewares website GiftNow, the Greek City website, the Ghana Consulate Web site, and claim to have leaked VMware ESX Server Kernel source code via twitter today.
Anonymous Australia seems to be the most active at this time.

At the same time, the press arm for Anonymous has announced -- via a press release on Pastebin -- that it is rallying the public for an in-person V For Vendetta protest at The Houses of Parliament, at 8 p.m. in London.

Protesters in Canada will get a rude surprise if they don Guy Fawkes masks -- because last week Canada's House of Commons approved a bill that bans people from hiding their faces during riots.

I know art isn't everyone's thing, and im very far from being anything of an authority of the subject, but if anyone is and/or wants to be able to attend, im sure all the support will be massively appreciated.

I was same with windows 7, didn't do Vista at all, and I always had my start button to 'classic', and I didn't like that when I moved from 3.11 for work groups lol

Ahh - Yeah I prefer windows 7, but I installed this for a mate, and with a little bit of playing, I had it setup almost exactly same as windows 7, he uses the integrated gfx of the intel processor on an all in one machine, and the gfx did actually look sharper. The only thing that really tempts me is the 'Windows 8 to Go function'.

Its always same when something is slightly different as well, natural reaction it to want to stay in the comfort (the one we know) Zone.

I installed this to get some normality back -

These are being offered by MS and are publicly available -

For most people the non programming book, will be of use if any...

Just a couple of facts for IT Professionals to consider here also -

Current figures show that at least 75% of organisations are not considering upgrading/migrating to Windows 8.

However, Microsoft are chucking money at this and hoping to change this, pushing virtualisation and UEFI (new more secure method of booting machine, which it is expected will replace the very dated BIOS system).

For MCP and MCITP's (microsoft qualified/certified), or even other professionals, if you are looking to put yourself in a prime position to get more work, perhaps you may want to consider taking the Windows 8 unit/exam.

Andy thats odd, ive been reading quite a bit on windows 7 v 8, and for those i have bothered to read, they all agree that there is a slight improvement in boot times (POST -> Windows loaded), and performance (we are not talking an increase of any relevance, so this should not be a factor to sway anyone).

Thanks Caz, but its more organised chaos, but hey... and what these people don't know is they are going to be references for me... well not yet lol

So any receiver will work with dongle? thier prolly best sucking and seeing with a cheap box like a dm500 or so.

I have been asked a more generic question, and wasn't sure of the answer or where to put the question, which receiver or receiver/image, would be best suited for a person who is frequently in different locations in the UK and uses a dongle for internet access. I know if they plan on taking a box with them, they would need a mobile dish and a way of aligning it, but im not sure which boxes work with 3g dongles and such.

I will apologies for my laziness in advance, as I have not done any searching on this.

I would also like to say hi to all, while i am passing, and hope all is well, sorry ive not been round much ive been busy fixing/building/speccing up peoples pcs and such, and trying to get together a feasible set of documents together so i can go on the Nea (some government scheme), as well as looking after my mum. As well as dealing with my usual bouts of misfortune on the way lol

Hope to not be as busy, as I have lots of work to do hobby wise too....

    Bann/Banny

Are you trying to use both cards at same time?

If so its the load balancing, the last two lines you posted

I just 'borrowed' these explanations for you so all credit to original author -

lb_mode = 0 loadbalance disabled, ECMs go to all readers
lb_mode = 1 fastest reader first, after 5 ECMs the reader with the fastest response time will be selected
lb_mode = 2 oldest reader first, reader with the longest no answer
lb_mode = 3 lowest usage level, the usage level will be calculated by the sum of 5 ECMS response times, the higher a reader is busy, the higher is usage level

I have done some more fking around -
