You don't need a programmer/reader, the sim already arrives programmed. If you want to reprogram then instead of buying a second as it happened with all other Teams in past, you just reflash it, it's free.

The programmer/reader is a standard Windows PC/SC Smartcard Reader. Many laptops have it, and all standard smartcard readers for Windows like for Windows Smartcard Login, Health Card, Bank card etc are PC/SC.

There is a lot of people having Japhar sims worldwide (From Brazil, California, Canada, Europe, Egypt, Algeria, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Middle East, Russia, Thailand, Malaysia, up to Australia and New Zealand, etc..., the Japhar Forum has 7000 Members and 15 000 support posts.
