The Sim 2.30 is not Sim2/Sim 2.20, it's from another Team.

The Tuner must be recognized, if it's not and the sim is correct then the box is defective. The Sim could be defective or the Tuner. Get a new Sim and replace it, to see if you have the same issue, if you don't then problem is fixed, if you have still the same problem then the box hardware needs to be repaired.

If you use an image for another sim, the Tuner WILL NOT be recognized... so use ONLY images built for the Sim you have in your box.

Try a different image, original or sim. The worst that can happen is the same no tuner problem.

DM800HDseV2 image is for SSL88J, others SSL84J.
