DM800HDse, DM500HD etc have support of that audio codec, as well as the Vu+ Solo, etc

We have it installed on our DreamOne, but we don't have such RC BT remote for DM900UHD... we will see how we can find something about it.
The Blutooth support is generally built in the feeds, so installing the blutooth from feeds could enable your Dream BT Remote Control.

You would then need to install the BT driver/software from the feeds, if you have a RC that is not standard. We don't have it, so difficult for us to test it.

You would need to install it from the feeds, so you need first to load the packages
opkg update
then you will need to find the name of the package, with the command below,
opkg list | grep pycurl
and then install it with
opkg install + name of the ipk
(should be : "opkg install python-pycurl")

I even downloaded a patch from some forum, but I was not sure if it was safe.Apply the patch as explained in that precedent post/forum, it will work on your original box, and then just do an online update and your box will get updated up to the last version of the 26 December 2020.

This image is for thé original box upgraded to japhar sim. You can flash the original ssl and replace the bcm driver file, then it will work with your original box/sim.

.ipk won't work for DM 525 only .deb
ipk will work on DM525HD, it you use OpenPli, OpenATV, OpenBH, PurE2, etc. The deb as well as ipk is image related. For example on DreamOne/Two/Seven with OpenPli the files are ipk as well.

If you want to use OpenPLi/OpenATV/OpenBH in your DM52x box, you will need ipk. If its DMM images, then you will need deb files for your plugin. So you have all choices, just you need to use the right image for your plugin/box.

It depends of the image, new bixes working with DMM enigma2 require deb, open images use ipk.
