OK I see it's activated (BSR) on the DreamUp/JapharFlasher. But I don't think in this mode that you will see the fix messages.
But in facts it's better to use the BIOS option (select it there) and save settings once. Then upload thru the web interface the FULL image of 55 Mb (not only a small file). This will really show you the real status of the Flash memory.
Once the BSR will be done, reflash again the image to see if it fits the Flash available.

You need to install the driver for your wifi dongle.
Drivers are on the feeds, so you have the use on the plugin section, the software manager to install the ipk you need.

DM800HD is so expensive machine in our country and even it is too old no one cam use it except CS businessman. .e.g normal UHD china box available in 3000PKR and dreambox which has china clone market price is about 15000 to 20000PKR. and it is not user friendly infact. so no chance to find replacement items even i search for SIM but fails. i try to check voltages but mostly all voltages are ok.
Generally the problem is the 4 big capacitors... these are most of the time the reson of any problem on older DM800HDpvr clones.

Ok so driver seems ok for your tuner hardware if it locks the signal. The satellites.xml file is correct with the right details for each frequency ? If it is then for me your tuner could be defective... have you tried swapping this tuner with another one confirmed working or tried your tuner in another box and seeing it working ?

Do you see the Tuner on the configuration menu or you see as empty ?
Which tuner is having your box, Sat, Terrestrial or Cable, and which model ? Generally it shows the "name/model" on the Tuner setup (name of the tuner shown, eg "Alps BSBE2 (DVB-S2)").

You can use the BSR with any NFI image, you can try once or twice or even more no problem, as it just activated a function to check every Flash memory sector to check if it's ok or not, and clean the one badly marked and set the ones that really are bad. So at the end often you get more flash memory, and this works on original as well as clone boxes.
Probably I would do this with the SSL84, as it manages the Flash memory in a different way than the old SSL82.

You activate it thru the BIOS or the DreamUp/JapharFlasher Menu, then next flash will have the BSR enabled and you will gain back the bad sectors that can be recovered... so probably few Mb you are missing now.

You need to flash alone one of the SSL84a-b-c-d, the box then will be upgraded to "84" level,
Then reboot box and flash the SSL84 based image for Sim2, as the one above,

For your sim that is a Sim2, you can use only images for Sim2.

Send ipk file via FTP (via DCC or FileZilla) to tmp> / var / temp
after over telnet:
opkg install /tmp/*.ipk
reboot
then flash image with less then 55mb
reboot
My box not accept more then 50mb file. how wrong if i install boot loader image via default webif update? however i checked with serial port download also and succeed. show on front panel #84B bold text and 84D small in bottom.
Flash image with bad sector recovery and you will recover a lot of flash memory. Then reboot and flash again image.

if during boot the box still restart infinitely, then replace the 4 big capacitors (you could first remove the tuner board, hdd if any, anything connected to the USB, and any paytv smartcards on frontpanel. If box boot properly then its definitely the 4 big capacitors to be replaced with 105’ ones if possible from Rubycon for quality).

This image is built for Clone Boxes with Japhar Sim. If you have other sim, your tuner will not work and naturally as well your channelist.

Gostaria que me ajudassem por favor tenho esta imagem Pure2 mas sempre que atualizo a lista de canais desconfigura o Turner e depois só consigo recuperar metendo novamente a imagem há alguma solução sem ter que meter novamente a imagem.
