Check your Dish, it could have a little moved, so get it repointed to the satellite, as in the evening the signal is lower due to the solar panels power... or you try to receive a satellite that is weak where you are and would need a bigger dish.

I am a bit surprised that the German inventors of the Dreambox system have not provided an electric or mechanical solution to reset the factory setup in case of a user programming failure. Users' programming failure must be quite common without becoming fatal. If my proposition is true, what is that solution?

There is no possible FATAL KILL of Dreamboxes, even clones. If you write this, it means you have no idea how DMM hardware/software works. A box is ALWAYS recoverable, and I appreciate this from DMM Team at contrary of VU that killed many flash/boxes around that they didn't owned, just because these were not original... very unfair behavior that they repay having such clients even not buying original VU anymore.

3. use this tool and re alive ur box .

4. Now again send SSL first with browser and send any ur desired image .

where we have no rs232 port on your computer, or DreamUp crashes all the time with bad sectors error which can not be repaired.

First DM800 off.

Second we press on the chassis power / power plug at the same time / procedure how to upload image ... /

Third STOP - DHCP - IP to display ...

4: Start**** Run**** telnet [ip Dreambox]**** Enter

5: We are in the BIOS of our Dreambox.

6: Set the picture as that is an option

"Flash Sector Recovery" to "enabled"

7: Then go to the last tab "Exit" and save settings / valid without rebooting the tuner /

8: The next steps are the same as when loading the image, the browser will have the additional option enabled message "bad sector recovery enabled"

9: Or, another message / messages when finding bad sectors in a flash they will be "closed" as we are notified.

10: After uploading the image we "reboot" and already we have a fully functional image.

@teak-won-do as you said i usr original pli image to remove bad sector error via default bootloader webif upgrade and now my box goes to "NO CA FOUND" error and when i connect box with any serial application to fix NO CA FOUND error like optiflasher, NCF or dream-up the box just connect and shown DM800 connected and now all over after a while a additional error " Wrong Boot Response!" and thats it. stuck.. please help what can i do now. guide me step by step which dreamup version or any other app version now get me out from this situation?

You flashed the wrong image for your Sim card,

First of all check your Sim in the box, then use JapharFlasher with correct cable (RS232 if DM800HDpvr, or USB if newer box) to fash again the correct bootloader for your Sim card. And your box will then reboot nicely.

But remember to flash ONLY images for your box sim card... if you want to flash Sim2 2.01, Sim2 2.10, Sim 1.0, Sim Ferrari and Sim Japhar images, think about buying a Japhar Sim, that is the only one capable of running all these hundreds of images for all these sims (as the Japhar is a Multi-sim capable... instead of others that will accept only "their" compatible images).
