Are you using the 5 Amp PSU or the previous box PSU that was 3 Amp... be sure to have the 5 Amp.

Control the frontpanel connectors and remove / reinsert them few time to clean the contacts of the connectors... perhaps it could help.

You can also try to permute the ftontpanel to see if its the one giving the problem (so the other box will have the problem with the frontpanel of the first box)
