Exactly, so MPEG-4 in format 4:2:0, probably the format is one giving troubles (4:2:0).

Download the file and play it with VLC, then check with VLC the properties of the video file, it will give you the CODEC details, resolution, etc. This is important as then you can find out if it's supported by the chipset, the software/drivers or not of the hardware you want to use.
