Because 123movieshub.it, 123movieshub.sc it looks like diffrent services.
These are not alternative domains for 123movieshub.to but completly diffrent services.
At least it looks like this. Source code of sites of these services are diffrent this is a reason why parser for 123movieshub.to is not able not handle them

What it is "iptv version 2018" ?
If you are talking about IPTVPlayer then there is NO need to convert m3u list.
Copy it some were, were your set-top-box can access. For example on pendrive connected to your STB and open it using host "Local Media".
Why you thought that any conversion is needed?

I am not sure if I correctly understand your request.
You want to get whole network transfer through proxy server?
If yes, then this is very bad idea because at now in the most cases only source code of website go through proxy server.
Stream data are not downloaded via proxy but handled directly.
Or maybe you want proxy option in all hosts available in the IPTVPlayer? If yest then you must do this by your self. Because it is too big effor to do this and most of users only need proxy option for several services.
