I also set first movie player in buffering mode to = external gstplayer
I see that you not read my post carefully. You should select "[external gstplayer] with buffering".
In this mode ater link select at first you will see spinner showing download speed after the time the playback will start.
Quotei have looked but there is no version that matches my setup to install bud ?
One again you not read instructions carefully.
In your case you should use package:
- ffmpeg3.2.2_mipsel_fpu_hard_openssl1.0.0_dash_librtmp_native_rtmp.tar.gz

I asked because there are two types of links there are HLS (m3u8) and DASH.
Generally Enigma2 use gstreamer for media demuxing. In PLi-4 version 0.10 gstreamer is available. DASH was added to gstreamer in version 1.X.
To be able to play HLS links via gstreamer 0.10 you need to install
gst-plugin-fragmented
I am not sure if feed of OpenPli 4 is still active, but anyway you can use diffrent solution.
You can install ffmpeg libs and allow IPTVPlayer to install exteplayer3.
exteplayer3 is player which use ffmpeg libs for demuxing media.
Please read here how to install valid ffmpeg libs for your image:
http://iptvplayer.pl/ffinstallmipsel.html
For fast solution you can use gstplayer with buffering. In this way hlsdl will be used for data download. You can change active movie player under blue button "Set active movie player".

Does anyone get the BBCipayer to work?
Tried mine but get
critical error - cookie can’t be saved ?
How do I fix this plz ??
Did you read the message? In the message you have solution. You need set path to Cache folder in the IPTVPlayer configuration to place were you have free space. For example to folder on connected to your set-top-box pendrive.
If you will have still problem then you need to enable debug logs to the file /hdd/iptv.dbg then reproduce the problem and send this logs to me.So, I will be able to chek what problem in enviroment do you have.

Hi,
Love IPTV Player, could i ask, is it possible to add "configure host" option to "losmovies" so i can use a proxy like i have set for "icefilms" as in UK its blocked by my ISP? It looks like "losmovies" have also changed the site address from .cc (which looks to be the address set in IPTV Player) to .ac which is blocked by my ISP so i would need to set a proxy for any access to "losmovies"
Thanks for your time.
Hello,
Yes it will be possible. But solarmove use domain solarmoviex.to
Let me know if you still need such option.

The problem is probably related to the fact that you do not have libraries libssl.so.1.0.0 and libcrypto.so.1.0.0 in your image.
Please create symbolic links using following commands:
Codeln -s libssl.so.1.0.2 /usr/lib/libssl.so.1.0.0 ln -s libcrypto.so.1.0.2 /usr/lib/libcrypto.so.1.0.0 ln -s libssl.so.1.0.2 /lib/libssl.so.1.0.0 ln -s libcrypto.so.1.0.2 /lib/libcrypto.so.1.0.0
to fix the problem. Then you need to restart your E2.

With user @gorski I do not want to have anything to do. I blocked him wherever possible.
@gorski is a liar. He repeatedly offended me using curses. He don't know what he is writing.

This is not normal. You should report this problem to: smartdnsproxy.com
-
I also check BBC One London.
IPTVPlayer use link:
Codehttp://a.files.bbci.co.uk/media/live/manifesto/audio_video/simulcast/dash/uk/dash_abr_tv/ak/bbc_one_london.mpd
taken from the BBC API and stream work without any problems.
Are you sure you have set a valid date on your STB? Because for dash live streams will not work if date in the system is wrong.
-
OK I get England IP using 14 days trial version of http://smartdnsproxy.com/.
And for example for BBC One IPTVPlayer get link:
Codehttp://a.files.bbci.co.uk/media/live/manifesto/audio_video/simulcast/dash/uk/dash_abr_hdtv/ak/bbc_one_hd.mpd
and stream works without any problems.
-
Such link will not help with anything, because as I say before IPTVPlayer does not contain hard coded links to any streams/vods.
So, I this link is not valid this mean that API has changed and in deed there is need to make change in IPTVPlayer but to do this there is need to have access to this service.
-
This address is not hard coded inside IPTV Player, it is taken from BBC API, so why you think that it is wrong?
-
Please use exteplayer3 without buffering mode. The active movie player you can change under blue button "Change active movie player".
There is no downloader (needed for buffering) for dash at the moment.
-
Maybe, but I am not able to check this because I do not have access to good England proxy server to check this.
