i would try the openvix image next. and see if that does anything different.

Does your menu button work on that openatv splash screen, or is it complete frozen on it.
It will show the splash screen if there is no channels scanned or tuned in

and if you struggling with openatv
you can always try flashing a different image to see if that kicks it in and brings it out of its confused state.

First things first, if your box ever goes into a boot loop, don't panic and reflash, it is usually pretty easy to get out of with a bit of ftp'ing into your box to remove the rogue element. Next time ask the forum how to get out of your boot loop.
But as its too late now, firstly are you sure you are flashing the correct image.
Better to try an older openatv 6.4 first and then you can flash online afterwardsYou should just be able to reflash again. Try it with a proper branded usb, some cheap usb sticks are no good.

Your tv also needs to be able to view 4k at 60fps.
What are you watching satellite or iptv.
Are you pressing standby as in power button once.
or deep standby as in holding the power button or using the menus to deep standby

But basically getting picons for iptv bouquets is a little complicated.e-channelizer windows software is your friend.e-channelizer is not your friend anymore, nearly nothing is available in the free version anymore. Try AJ Panel for picon downloads.

and I will install the epg mod and see what it breaks
If they been changing names, the movie mod is probably also broke

the epg mod is one file.
EpgSelection.py
you will need to replace it with the original from git hub

and goes in
usr//lib/enigma2/python/Screens/EpgSelection.py

They will be different in my old epg mod file

test with out the epg mod first.
Install that mod last. (As I don't know if that works or not anymore)
And if it makes you feel better, I just crashed my box, switched to metrix skin, forgetting I deleted most of those files. Doh
Time to hack the settings file :)

I have openatv 7.0 from march.
I don't know what screen you gone in there. Because on my box if I go into epg (epg or guide button) and press menu, the screen is called
Graphical EPG Settings and not Setup as shown in your screenshot
