    I can only connect from a browser and not any of the apps that I want too, is this because I haven't forwarded the streaming port?. Also, how do I change the streaming port? On my duo I have Webif and Web interface. On my solo I used a backup from someone else and only has Web interface but I'm sure I didn't see a streaming port in the settings. Where can I download the latest webif plug in. I'll install that and get rid of the rest.

    I've set it to always use the ip its been assigned on the connected devices. Should I use the mac address anyway?

    I've forwarded port 8001 which I think is the streaming port. How do I find out if this is my stream port?
    I'm using a bt home hub 3 which are pretty awful at Port forwarding bit the ports I've opened are saying they are open when checked via a website that checks ports.
    I have my box ip in ip section. My dydns addy in there and my port to connect to my box in the port section

    I can't seem to stream my box remotely. I've set dydns up and forwarded the ports correctly I think. In the new vu+ android app can't connect. Also with android dreamer and dreamdroid I can't do it remotely. If I go to a browser and type in my ip address and port of the box I can get bouquets and everything but no streaming on the mobilewebif. What am I missing?

    I actually just redid my blackhole personal backup and it flashed ok the second time with no problems. I've never been able to get tspanel to install before so have always resorted to installing a backup from on here. Gonna redo my solo(clone) upstairs from scratch so might still be needing your help. Thanks again

    When I restored my settings multi quick button kept saying some xml file was missing and came up when I pressed any button making it unusable. So I'm trying to install my plugins manually but can't get Ts panel or virtual zap to install. Tried through telnet and blackhole ipk install panel but they just won't show. What am I doing wrong?

  • Updating blackhole

    I'm currently running blackhole 1.7.8 and have it set up nicely now. Is there a way to update to 1.7.9 and keep all my settings, list, bouquets and plugins as they are? Can't see an update menu within the image itself unless i'm being blind.

  • Setting up Sly numbering using dreambox edit

    I've read that but it doesn't explain how to insert dummy slots or whatever I need.
    When I load sgtflipflops list in dreambox edit, number 145 is 303-*** movies premiere but there are no fillers in between. How does Mr flipflop achieve this?

  • Setting up Sly numbering using dreambox edit

    Im trying to use catseye settings as a base for a channel list that has sly numbering but cant seem to figure it out. I want it like sgtflipflops bouquets but cant get the to start at 101 401 etc.


    I'm a complete noob to this but am willing to learn.


    If anyone can point me in the right direction it would be great
