    Its usually a problem with hald/libusb and not the pcsc driver when people cannot get this to work. Look at my tutorial on my website.

    I know my tutorial is for VU+ box, but you still need all parts working with each other.

    - this rather gives it away that its not the pcsc driver but more likely libusb or hald
