If it comes back a bit latter, I'm just guessing it's when the epg data has just refreshed for now & next on that transponder.
I'm just guessing that as I noticed something like that the other day on a older image.

Good to hear you got to the problem in the end, as I stated in a previous post I found replacing the LNB cured the odd frequency problem.
I use the VboxII & some what concluded the same as you've described above but found after a few days I had bouncing signals on them said channels so I replaced LNB and hay presto I was able to use the old vbox again, I've got to admit though I have retired the old vbox since to the loft for a rainy day. -
Thanks neil306 for a pleasant transaction.
All appears to be fine & working 100%. -
Money sent as gift and I look forward to hearing from you.

At the moment I made it static, but I have tried dhcp.
I see you've tried dhcp on server then, with no luck... I used the homehub3 some time back and can only remember having problems with the addressing when moving from a netgear.
If memory servers me right they even start the dns right up the top or was it the gateway like 192.168.1.64Try IPCONFIG/ALL from the command prompt and see if that reveals something you may have thought was different.
-
Go on, I'm interested if you still have it.
Pm on its way. -
Some netgear routers go with 192.168.0.x addresses were as BThubs tend to be setup with 192.168.1.x
Is the servers IP static or dhcp? -
Have you tried using the auto resolution plugin, a few images back I recall playing around with the setting for the SD channels & it improved the picture a lot but I'm using the Ultimo.
-
Last year I had a very unusual problem with the odd channel & it turned out to be my almost 2 year old Inverto Black Ultra Twin Output was failing, yet it appeared to be fine on 99.9% of channels. Might be worth swapping out the LNB to see if that cures it.

If you are using windows 7 you could try running diskmgmt.msc
Their you should be able to see the drive and delete/repartition format ect -
forgot to mention but you may need to scan a transponder on that sat before you get to see the satellite in your lists as I did, maybe this was all that needed before hand :confuse:
Menu, setup, service searching, manual scan.
type of scan single transponder
Satellite: 27.5w
frequency: 11495
symbol rate: 44100
Polarisation: V -
Right I've had a good old mess around and found out whats not right, it seems that satellites.xml is your problem.
I tried a good one in the /etc/enigma2/ and that never got recognised so I then used the good 1 in /etc/tuxbox/here is the 1 I used that gets your 27.5 work fine in /etc/tuxbox/
Remember to back yours up in case.

I use a VboxII positioner, so for me it's menu, setup, service searching, tuner configuration and once their its a matter of choosing the sat I want.
I use the advance mode and then choose the sat I want and enable the lnb for that sat. -
I had a quick go at loading up the above file from cazuela on a Uno and noticed I had to enable 27.5w as this was not enabled.
I also noticed after a blind scan it could not hear a butterfly even with these added 11495 V 44100 9/10. I do have a Ultimo which is upstairs at the mo and without loading the above file I noticed this was pulling in a good signal on 27.5w -
to setup a startup service you usually get your channel list up on screen and highlight the channel you want to start up, while it is highlighted press menu and you should get a menu with a few options, 1 being set as startup service.
hope this helps.

I used 3185Y 5 core flex cable which I got of fleabay for around £25 for a 50mtr reel, I see tlc-direct do it for £30+vat or 75p per mtr.

How did you get on?
I recall the first time I used oscam I came a cropper with the same issue, turned out I had something like httpallowed = 192.168.0.1-192.168.0.254 in the [newcamd] section of oscam.conf
After removing the local http line & a reboot all was fine. -
Router Vmedia S'hub upstairs in the front bedroom, stb rear downstairs room worked fine for me on my Ultimo, where as when I tried a F3 with it own dongle that was a no no...
Personally I don't use wireless but the test was good enough for me to take my time (a few weeks) getting a cat5 cable down to it. -
I'm just guessing it maybe has more to do with oscam.server file as it shows group = 8 being for the reader & the user au is pointing to group1.
I'm wet behind the ears so to speak so don't flame us if its not also the oscam.user bit looks a tad different to how I have mine.

I'd still like to find any info or tips on meoboot, if anyone can point me in the right direction please.
Here is one problem I found when having multiple images, the GMT Timezone would mess up on the odd image.
To fix that I copied the file Dublin in /usr/share/zoneinfo/Europe and placed it in /usr/share/zoneinfo/
