sounds like a bad connection to the dish..
I also noticed that if you check signal while watching a channel, it increases in value progressively from 60%+ to 100% -

Huhhhhhh? I don't get what you're saying. I'm saying that the dealer who sold me this box said that this box is 100% HD...
The box maybe HD compatible but that doesn´t mean that teh streams youre recieving are in HD format...
Besides,, point I made earlier is boxes that come preloaded with a stream links list are usually from PAY PORTALS ...
that´s why I suggest you read the rules so that you are clear about what is permitted ( and not) on site... -
Try to communicate with the box FTP /Telnet and follow robijay´s suggestion..

Hola , suele pasar cuando hay saturación de usuarios intentando abrir los mismos canales si son publicos.
comprueba usandolo en VLC a ver si te pasa ahi también..
Hay bastantes fuentes para probar en la sección IPTV Channel Lists / rtmp / m3u Playlist -
try bootlogo.mvi instead of .jpg
