I can watch the 123 movies on the lap top but not in the iptv player

Its telling you that it cannot recieve from "dreambox" ( octogon)
Could be because you have global local data directory mapped to your C:/users/rocco/desktop/ and NOT your box...

Not sure if that box has webif , but you could try in your browser open a fresh page with boxIP:80 ( 192.168.x.xx:80 )
If it does open, look at volume config on left side, bring it to 100%.
full reboot the box.
Solo2 should be big enough to handle any image and addons...
Why not try the BLUE>BLUE disabling plugins - fully restart the box after changes to notice the difference.

There are quite a few you can remove through Menu/Black Hole Apps/Black Hole Speed Up.Just disable the ones you don't want

Note: By altering an image it could very easily become corrupted..
If it is because of lack of space then use pluginskinremover or similar to shift plugins,picons,epg,etc onto a usb for example..

Found this version ,installed and updated to the most recent version ,now working a treat without being spammed.
This version is quite big ( 39 mbs) compared to mars original version (8mbs)
why not leave them as default internally and "map" them to a different port externally within your router??
var/etc /services is for E1, etc/services is E2..
Most likely you cannot edit the file because you haven´t right-clicked using the mouse to EDIT it...
Note of caution : make a backup of all your settings before you start toying round with this taking notes of TCP and UDP settings..
I reckon the only thing you´re going to gain from all this is a headache, I mean to say that no matter what port(s) you open,
they will be all scanned and if your passwords are weak they´ll be compromised in little time...
I recall a few threads regarding this or similar in the VU+ or ENIGMA HOW TOs....
So try using the searchbar top right ..
