That all depends which skin you are using.
Main graphics for the spinner live here/usr/share/enigma2/spinner/
any other skins probably live in
/usr/share/enigma2/[skin]/spinner/
they are separate png graphics. Not animated gifs.
I installed OpenATV 7.4, with the spinner being the OpenATV logo

Every time the decoder is restarted I have to restart oscam.
How do I uninstall all Oscam and install all new ?
fist check packages
Codeopkg list-installed |grep oscamthen remove packages that look like oscam
Codeopkg remove package_name_showed_in_previous_resultas i have written, works for me (arm/mipsel OATV 7.3 ) . I took binaries to my plugin, and can install, upgrade even switch between other authors
Which oscam are you using ?
I installed emu and icam from feeds and they don't start automatically.

I can take the Skin to the ATV Feed, but only if the ipk name was chanced to
enigma2-plugin-skins-fullhdglass17_8.21 and not enigma2-skin-fullhdglass17_8.21,so you can install the Skin, but you can't deinstall it, only via telnet you can deinstall it and on OE-A Images you can't find it under Skins, because wrong ipk name.
