hi im really struggling please can someone help me? i have been downloading the latest abm from github extracting the abm folder then i ftp it to usr-lib-enigma2-python-plugins-system plugins i then reboot the box and check in menu-setup-service searching and its never there? i have tried 3 different images now. openpli-opendroid and openatv and i cant sort it on any image? i have a dm800se if thats any help? cheers,

hi all anyone know how i can stream from pc to dreambox?

i have tried dreamplex got connected to the servers but when i slect the movies its saying no data, but when i connect through my phone all works fine,

tried vlc ages ago and i had no success with that either, please can someone help me get set up cheers

oki tried rats and everything seamed to be working until it said reloading bouquets then i got the same error message

just to let people know how i sorted it, i deleted open webif and any folders that resemble it, then reinstalled, all sorted now thanks

i will try rats then, is it similar set up to autobouquets? and is 1.4 the latest version? cheers

i didnt know i could uninstall and reinstall openwebif?

i am thinking it is a port forwarding problem what do you lot think? and if it is that will i not have the same problem with rats?

always used autobouquets but will try rats if i cant sort this error?

ok i dont know why but this plugin will not install enigma2-plugin-extensions-tspanel_7.5_all.ipk

i am trying to install this on my openpli box. i know how to do it through the box putting it in var volatile temp then selecting install local extension on the box. its saying its installed 1 package but it isnt installing it. i have done it loads of times but recently it wont install i dont have a clue what it could be??

ok sorted, i had moved all my plugins to a usb previously and had go to usr-share-enigma2-extensions and deleted the link sending it to the usb

i got mine from the linux feed through ts panel mate

sorted it now, i dont know what i was doing wrong but its working and all i can say is wow!! its worth all the struggling i had!

nope didnt work pal deleted everything with the same name, moved to correct folders without any overwriting. selected the new sky skin, rebooted box and same thing happened. just a black box when i press menu button.

i just selected overwrite though would that not be the same?

i cannot believe i am the only 1 who cannot do this???

SKY.NEW folder went in: /usr/share/enigma 2

i extracted the contents from the renderer folder and placed them in /usr/lib/enigma 2/python/components/renderers

i extracted the contents from the converter folder and placed them in /usr/lib/enigma 2/python/components/converter

skymedium.tff and skybold.tff both went in usr/share/fonts

went to system-settings-skins selected the sky skin rebooted box but now my menus etc are just black boxes.

if anyone has this on openpli 4 on a dm800se clone sim 2.10 and is kind enough to make a back up for me i would really apreciate it. i just cannot understand why it wont work for me at all?
