Ok to narrow down the issue i found a 3 day test line and it started to work straight away, for some strange reason i thought cable caid was 1803 when in fact it is 1841 :| absolutely kicking myself, strange coincidence that it was working before i started to mess around, anyway thanks for your input all help was appreciated, we can consider this problem Fixed, and this Thread can be Closed

Both showed servers connected with the correct cards available, this is why I can not work it out, it's as if dvbapi does not like it, I bet if I re shared the cards it would work to another box, I've had this kind of bug b4 I just had to switch to a lower version image

Ive been trying to update a dm800se from openatv 5 to the latest openatv 6 to fix the audio issues on certain cable channels

Since i have updated to v6 i am getting lots of demuxer errors in oscam and i am only able to watch bbc one itv etc etc

It was working before i messed around with it ?

Anyway here is the kind of errors i am getting

c (dvbapi) Demuxer 0 no enabled matching ecmpids -> decoding is waiting for matching readers!

if somebody could shed any light on what this issue is it would be greatly appreciated, or if you have a working cable dm800se and i can please have a backup image then that would be awesome

ok so i have now lost SS5 as i never activated it when they were running that advert for so long, card has been in my dm800 for around 2 years & i only have an original HD box, am i right in thinking i need to pair my card to an old SD amstrad box? if so can any1 please advise on which model will work.

i have used a autoinstall script from the site with cccam 213 and oscam deb6

basically every day around 4am the server is rebooting but cccam fails to start yet if i ssh and run the reboot command the server comes back on fine

i have looked in cron using crontab -e command and can no see any commands in there.

where is this hiding????

whats up with no-ip? been using them for years! sorry to hijack

its a vps so should be no need to fwd ports, anyhow re installed, tweaked the script and now appears to be working, thanks for you help mckee25

thats exactly how i have it set out in cccam.cfg and it still decides to use the default 16001 port for web info.

could be time to start over with a new script

if anyone is using this setup and knows how to switch the ports can you please let me know,

cccam.cfg only appears to work for the webinfo username and password :s

ok so i have my main server with all clines etc and at the next hop i have my viewing box, but how do i find out which peer i am using to view a certain channel? i am unable to see anything in webinfo which shows this

nope not yet as it was primetime viewing for my peers so i dint want to, i will do it in the wee hours, strange thing is if i kill cccam + oscam then just start cccam it detects card etc and works fine, but i need oscam to be reading my card for box nation etc
