today in testing the OpenPli 9 Py 3.3.9 soft
I think OpenPLI 9 still uses OpenSSL-1.1.1 and you can't use oscam with OpenSSL-1.0.2 on it.
Use the right version that match the OpenSSL of your image .

Yes, I did. Both 726 and 727 Linux PC x86_64 do not have emu.
I removed the EMU Ubuntu versions because i don't know,
what the aim of the EMU On server side ?
