I had also the issue with the old versions.
The old versions have a bug, you need to switch to the latest one which has the Fixes ...

You are lucky, decoding takes 11s or 24 seconds to start, better than no decoding forever like with other providers... ...

Samur, this new oscam 1865 -802 has a long response on restart until it starts up about 24 seconds.
