No plugin needed. It's included by default in the settings of most images.
Menu >> Setup >> System >> GUI Settings >> Customize >> Startup to Standby >> No /or/ Yes /or/ No,except Wakeup timer >> Save

openATV 7.6.1 plugin ok

Test vavoo 1.42.git351 Py3 image.
Plugin works.
But no automatic reload after ExportFav bouquet to display the bouquet immediately ?
wget -q -O - "http://127.0.0.1/web/servicelistreload?mode=0" > /dev/null 2>&1
Now new bouquet is displayed after manually "Reload Bouquet (blue button) in vavoo" or "restart E2"
This is not a problem. Thanks for the plugin.

Your streams work without streamlink

opkg install python3-compat2
Then install streamlinkproxy (8.0.0) plugin

I have installed the latest ipk on a SF8008 running OpenPLi9.1 but it does not seem to work.
Streamlink 8.0.0 - dropped support for EOL Python 3.9
- use (≤ streamlinkproxy 7.6.0 plugin) for OpenPLi 9.1 that has Python 3.9.x
or
- use (≥ streamlinkproxy 8.0.0 plugin) for OpenPLi Scarthgap that has Python 3.12.x

On pli InfoBar Xtraevent Backdrop works with all InfoBar Styles (enigma2-plugin-skins-aglare-fhd-pli_6.3)
On openATV (7.6.1) only with InfoBar Style Default (enigma2-plugin-skins-aglare-fhd_6.3)

There are custom builds (also for VU+) with Kodi feed that should work (Kodi 22)
(ask author to add your vu+ solo 4k)
In some OE-A images (openatv, openspa, ....) it's on their feed for some boxes (Kodi 22)

Is streamlink + streamlinksrv installed?
If it's for SkylineWebcams, you'll need to add skylinewebcams.py to the Streamlink plugin folder because it's not included in Streamlink plugins.
It is better to open a new Streamlink thread.
Once you have installed Streamlink+streamlinksrv, you can play thousands of streams with it: Live TV streams, YouTube, Twitch, Live cams, YuppTV, Dailymotion ...
