In fact, the .py file is not needed, the .pyc file is compiled when the image is started based on its architecture.

In the thread, they should understand that they've never offered me a beer. I've made hundreds of plugins, vavoo, and others... downloaded thousands of times, and wasted time I took away from my family to make them.
Never a beer... incredible...

My mistake. During testing, I did a clean install, testing one file at a time. With all three files (geo, astro, plugin) all inserted at same time, my results are identical to Warder.
I did find that if I open the plugin without internet connection enigma crashes and the log files for astro and plugin have the correct date, however the log for geo is dated 31-12-1970.
Also, ver1.2 works fine here, with or without internet connection.
use 1.2 version for now ;)
