Here is what I found.
Given up with Windows. It doesnt work at all.
In Linux I am having a little success though...
Code

From what I read only 1.3+ supports Windows updating, so I must use Linux.
Any Idea why I cant flash it?
-
Thanks I will try tomorrow.
-
I was unable to get any of the updaters to work in Windows.
The drivers installed.
The reader was detected as a USB serial connector.
But the software couldnt detect the device.
-
Is newer better?
Do I go straight to 1.5?
-
NCam filled in those values for me from the automatic setting.

So I guess I need to chnage the firmware on the smargo?
Are these the files I need?
EDIT:
I didnt read what you said properly.
I'll try with auto disabled and the other values at the default 357
-
I have the options all set to ncams defaults.
Any idea what the values should be?
If you know I can look into how to change them on the smargo.
Perhaps this is why my ecm times are higher than I expected?

If the keys are correct then it should work.
I use NCam but it should configure the same.
TVH:
ncam.conf/oscam.conf dvbapi:
-
Did you add keys?
In the web UI go to files > other files > softcam.key and put keys here.
-
OK thanks.
A lot of key files are really outdated.
Some still have keys for channels that dont even exist anymore.
-
Which french bouquets are opening with keys?
-
Why cant people submit pull requests to the official oscam repo instead of making "private" builds?
-
I don't use enigma2.
I am assuming the bouquets use "localhost"?
Edit: Yes they seem to use 127.0.0.1 which is the same as localhost
Ciefp settings:
Code#SERVICE 1:0:19:81:6:85:21:0:0:0:http%3a//127.0.0.1%3a17999/1%3a0%3a19%3a81%3a6%3a85%3aC00000%3a0%3a0%3a0%3a:Sky Sport Top Event HDSo its pointing to itself instead of the primary box.
That's assuming this "client mode" isn't some special mode that handles all that.
-
Just guessing.
You need to switch the IP in the bouquets on the second box to match the IP of the primary box.
-
Maybe its one of those special cards off ebay. I seen a few recently.
-
You can try to install dvbtee over ssh using the instructions posted on the GitHub.
Or you can use an external device if you know of a way to stream from e2 to external devices.
dvbtee also accepts files so you can use recordings too.
-
Converting the json to xmltv is easy. I do it in this project: https://github.com/Chris230291…aaa815ad4fc8a359764a9d678
-
Stalker uses a json formatted epg file.
There's typically a global file and/or a separate file for each channel.
Sounds like whichever plugin/s there are for e2 aren't using them.
-
If the full stream, or at least all of the audio, video and encryption stuff is included for stream relay to work, are you sure the rest of the data is removed?
Try running dvbtee like I was, but use one of the links you guys have in your special bouquets for iCAM.
Also, if you can enable a sat>IP server in e2, then it should be everything. I don't see how a client could work properly if it stripped everything out.
I wonder why you would need to patch drivers for iCAM on e2?
On PC we just patch libraries (libdvbcsa ) and software to support the non dvb standard.
No drivers are touched.
Doesn't e2 use the same libraries, or an equivalent?
