It was an experimental build. It's deprecated now. You need to use Oscam binary from appropriated thread dedicated to your STB.

Oscam shell works through DVB api drivers of your STB. It's not open source mostly. You cannot create new working Oscam shell without It. You need to refer to your STB manufacturer for appropriate driver documentation.
How can i make Oscam emu apk would you please help me?
