Unfortunately, it does not work in Windows operating system, in Ubuntu operating system the channels in TVheadend Astra 4.9 satellite decode directly from SoftCam Key file.

PowerVu channels on OScam and NCam Astra 4.9 satellite do not open in Windows operating system. PowerVu channels on the Astra 4.9 satellite are opened in the Ubuntu operating system.
