I reinstalled and although not sure of this, but it seemed a litlle different as It didnt ask me questions as to language, to configure the satellite, it went straight to it
Lo and behold it is now working, NO CRASHES, which is brilliant, although stll no keys will work, should they work now?, or is there still something to be done?
I have been looking for the logs you ask for, but as yet not found them.

i go to linuxsat panel/keyupdater and error with "cannot open"

After changing skin to metrix the gi is great responsive, but the same problems, so i think is there ant setting i should change from the install, like a password somewhere?
The crashes ask for me to send the logfile, which I will gladly, but the screen is too quick for me to see where. -
I have dream520, so reading the forum I use the .deb package----pretty sure this is correct.
I have openpli4 and dcc, this is where I need help, how do I transfer the file, because only I find how to transfer the ipk, and not the deb package when I look at the forum?
