No. You are mistaken. develop is python 3.9.9 still.
All those images that are with higher python version are not official.
we know this even without your message . and we are interested in components for open or developer with python 3.13.

First of all, this is due to the fact that the user mode Expert is not enabled by default. As soon as you enable it, the LCDsetup option will appear in the FRONT PANEL DISPLAY section.
