try install ignoring depends
put the ipk in tmp then use this command
opkg install --force-depends /tmp/*.ipk
The plugin works great even on openatv 7.5.1 , but the problem is that many providers load contents but not played giving black screens, I tried all available players but all are the same .
I know that some providers needs VPN, but now most providers giving black screens.
Any solutions for this problem?

Try old aglare version , but it doesn't support py2

On sf8008 there are video blinking with each button click, even with change skin or resolution.
Movieplayer list needs some adjustments to display titles in properway
Spinner behavior somehow strange it getting bigger /smaller in irregularities, something like multiple resultions during boot process.
Addons feed has old version of many stuff, please refresh it.

Blinking is found in all openpli based images for sf8008 , I have no explanation for that .

My brother, just an remark, despite the update today, the date of the last update is still 31/12/2024.
I think the date is the same after update as the update is failed .
I see that you use aglare pli , you can better use aglare atv , as this openpli version is having all new gui features of openatv, only some screens will be missed and also the image logo , I will add this version of openpli to aglare atv .

Fresh reinstall is better
Build 31/12 for sf8008 is working good ,
But:
1- Some skins in the feed do not work
2- subssupport plugin installed from feed freezes on searching for subtitle but no crash
Version 6.804 was not working for me , I will try 6.805 and give you a feedback.
But at least you can write what is the updates in this version ?
Open issues at https://github.com/68foxboris/enigma2/issues and we will solve these problems together.
If it is possible to add Novaler pro to the list of supported boxes , I will appreciate that 🙂

it's good that you provided crash logs, but the topic is on the dreambox receiver and if you want the author of the image to fix the image problems on the octagon, write to him on github or on the Ukrainian forum in the topic-

no problem for me
i am using aglare-fhd 4.8 , openatv 7.5 , ncam 15.2 and my oscam
15.I went back to page 2.7 and everything is as it should be.
let me check again
my test on sf8008 :
first : it crash on initial setup , due to video mode settings ,
so i edited the videoHardware.py file and the crash fixed .
NOW inside the image , audiovideo setup causes crash , installing some system plugins like mountmanger causes crash .
How can I fix this,no matter what I choose, the emu name is always oscam.
Why do you think that the problem in the skin ?
