there are few of us around who have the vu+ultimo 4k and if you can find it it still costs 650 euros
I think that no problem with vu , only dreambox not show AGC but SNR is working normally .

Rename the file to TorrServer or any easy name , and put it in any path then edit the configuration accordingly, give it chmod 777 then complete restart.

openatv 7.6 with its skyn everything is smooth no problems
You don't answer my second question, what is your box ?
My boxes Novaler pro , Novaler SE and Octagon SF8008 with image openATV 7.6 work smooth with aglare ,
And your are the only one that has this issue , so you must give me more details to try to find out solution of your problem .
Just a complain does not help
