    About Bein sport. It's the only source for watching football matches with Arabic commentators. I am not sure if you are Arabic native speaker but I am one of 300 millions people can't pay for Aljazeera network to watch WOrld Cup 2018. There are some websites offer to broadcast live matches.

    As I said not all the channels work at the same time all the time. You are more expert than us and you can know more. If you can add beinsport to this plugin it will be a breakthrough. It will help more than 300 million Arabic speakers.

    Thanks for responding. I only need the arabic font for subtitle. I chose English as the language for my enigma when I first installed it.

    I realized something strange. When the the skin support Arabic I can see Arabic EPg in the event info bar. What is on and what will be next is written in Arabic in my info bar. When I use a skin that doesn't support arabic this epg comes in English if the channel provides one.


    I don't care much about the epg or the info bar. The most important this is the subtitles. it's badly needed... Thanks

  • very strange with some skins

    I did what you have said but with No luck... When i cut the old fonts completely from the folder and i restarted my receiver I had crashes and the image didn't load. I have to return the original fonts back so the image can load.


    Right now I try to search for another skin. I have tried enigma2-plugin-skins-dreamosathd-adrenalinnrw-mod-red_1.0-r0_all/ I had the same problem and the translation looked just numbers and marks with no arabic letters. only very few number of skins support Arabic. Once the egp in the info part is not in arabic for arabic channels i know that this skin will not show the translation well.


    Thanks for you help KiddaC any more suggestion....It would be great if i can solve this problem. A lot of arabic user dump skins just because of this issue.

    Dear experts.


    My receiver is sh4 - stb 7111. I use subtitles plug in to translate the films into Arabic language. What is so strange is that some skins doesn't support Arabic language so the translation appears with strange dots, marks but not with any Arabic letter. When I change the skin to another skin the translation of the same film becomes so normal.

    Right now I use Elgato HD CN skin. It is a great one but it doesn't support Arabic. I use Iron-Man HD and the translation of the same film appears well,

    Can any one help me??? If there is something I do in the files of the skin to make it works fine with arabic. Elgato HD CN is a very light skin and it gives me enough information in info bar,,

    Would you please help me with one more thing.

    I installed a plugin called Sub-support to translate movies. I installed it buy manual put the file in the usr/lib/ enigma2...../extensions.

    After restarting the receiver I found the plugin in the plugin menu and when I try to download a subtitle I get an error message says " some subtitles providers are not working for more information check search settings"

    When I checked the search settings I found two providers ( opensubtitles & podnapisi) the state of them is written in red "error". When I click on this provider the error message says

    " opensubtitles missing Python-xmlrpclib library" I usually don't get any results for my search because these two providers are the only provider that support the language I need.. So the plug in is useless.

    ((( I would be so thankful if you can help me with this problem.)))

    Oh my God. You're a genius man> how do you know all these order in Linux.

    I did what you have told me to do. It downloaded many things. When I ran opkg list *softcam* I saw the plug in that i installed and caused the error message. I found in the feed of the image softcam menu to choose from. It is success.

    Would you please me teach me something.

    I want to know the orders in Linux that enable me to delete any extension of plug in. I know you can use dcc to delete the file from the extenstions. but this leaves the image with errors. when I try to reinstall it i get an error message says" you have a plug in with the same name." i want to know the order i can write in telnet so the image itself delete the extension or the plug in

  • OpenESI 6.0 Strange problem

    Receiver : Amiko 8900 -- SH4, Sti7111
    Image : OpenEsi 6.0 ( last updated 23-3-2018)

    I have a very strange problem. Everything works fine on this image with no problems. The only thing that annoy me is that.

    The image has NO softcam panel. I searched all the menu lists and there was nothing. I used the feed of the image to download the plug in " Pli softcamsetup" it was the only plug in with the word softcam. I thought this would solve the matter. It didn't. Now each time I get into plugins menu I get this error message ( Some plugins are not avilable: Pli/softcamsetup ( No module named Pli.Softcamsetup.plugin.)..

    When I use dcc to search inside the image I found in the dir "usr/lib/enigma2/plugins/extensions/Esi panel" I found a file named softcampanel.py and another one softcampanel.pyo... I read inside the first file and it seam the image should have cam panel to control emulators. I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT IS GOING ON

    What is more strange is that the feed of the image has no emu list as most of the other images. I used to go to plugins menu then green button to download the emu with there configuration file instead of doing this manually with dcc...

    I tried to install this plug v.1.7 /1.8./2.3 but after installation i got this error message

    """some plugins are not available Extension/ free cccam no module named softcam panel""" and one of the vestion caused my receiver to crash.

    can any one give us a script to paste it in the Telnet so we can completely unistall the plug in and reinstall it. It seems installing leaves files in some parts that prevent the plug in from working

  • please provide me with the last Oscam emu for SH4 receiver sti7111
