Is it possible that I could be corrupting Dcc in some way ?. Cause this isn't the first time I've had to change it.

Hey ppl, have tried several configs today to no avail. Every time I edit the file, press save and exit, the info vanishes, all that shows up in the config is " 1 ". I'm stumped.
-
Hey lads, problem with dcc again, while editing my cccam config last night it just froze up when I hit save and exit. Then when I go back into cccam config to edit, all that's there is 1, that's it. So I got a diff version of dcc and am looking for a config file, anybody pm one to me or link me to a trusted one, thank's.

Had a similar issue with a dm500 before, it was like a green overlay on the screen. Take a look in set up, your looking for something like colour format, I had to toggle between cvbs/rgb and something else, worth a try.

I think it would be excellent, and you would get them cheap, off to the car boot sale on Sunday.

Haven't got my hands on one yet, are they 3.5" or bigger ?

master G, I'm trying to help a m8 out. He has gemini image on dm800, tried tunisiasat addons manager, it didn't show up for him, should this work for him? or is it still in the making for the 800, thanks.

Your thoughts on it Ten, is it better or worse than d/elite pheonix edit. m8 ?

I've got a pain in my ass with rytec epg. I've had green screen twice now, and the box powers off and back on, and found out its due to the box not being able to write to usb. So I reformatted the usb, remapped and changed to satmate.

Hey guys, the missus just got me a new Nokia 5230 and it's fairly boring. Just wondering if there's anything I can do to beef it up a bit with new apps and stuff, I've got to unlock it first I presume. Any tips greatly appreciated. I didn't have the heart to tell her I wanted a HTC desire lol.

Maybe, but both my DM500 & DM800 don't request ECM's when on standby no matter what channel they're left on.
Multipack, I'd just monitor it. Maybe don't give them reshare (as long as they're not using a Debian server.)
I always thought the dm still d/loaded data when in standby ?, which is why I always put it on a fta channel goin to bed.

Hi Reddevil someone asked this the other day
I've read so much the last few day's m8, I had forgotten reading that already lol, and it's exactly what I was trying to ask. Cheer's hacksat.
-
a previous set up of mine was quite versatile if you have room for 2 dishes.
I had 1 Triax TD88 with multi holder which had 13 east, 19 east and 28 east on a 4 way switch then the fourth output went to the motor so the most common satellites would just switch on the multi lnb holder and anything else would use the motor.
saves wear on motor as wellMore questions, sorry. Right, at the minute I've only got a sly mini dish mounted on the wall, on like a scissor arm bracket. It's flapping like sheet in the wind ( very strong at the min ), yet my picture isn't freezing at all. So my Q is, can I do similar to hacksat and get a diseqc switch, and keep my mini dish @ 28.2 and also run the motor from the switch too ?.

Thank's hacksat, I think these guys were trying to sell me what they had as a pose to what I was looking for. I was checking there dish prices. I have a grease gun and grease so that's that covered.

I live not too far from the sea!
The nuts and joints of where its attached to the pole are rusted!
Put varnish on them every so often!
But the motor it-self is working perfect... 6-7 years up now i think!
That's it glenview, I'm sold, cheer's.
there are no silly question's m8 the guys do a great job helping us out...
