Been trying to catch the BFBS Navy TP on 15W

I have good signal on the ESPN transponder, and i see the signal from BFBS on the spectrum.

But im not getting any signal lock.

Should be 12597V 16APSK SR45000 according to lyngsat.

Does anyone here have a lock on that TP?
