I uninstalled the version previously, I restarted the decoder, I installed the new version 1.8 on both Octagon SF8008 and Pulse 4k, it doesn't work.

Versione installata 1.6. Ho cambiato il lettore film in exteplayer3 (5002) e funziona anche bene. Il mio ISP non ha restrizioni e vavoo.to si apre normalmente sul PC. Ricevo lo stesso messaggio (come te "senza VPN") ma devo disattivare temporaneamente ublock origin e poi funziona. Non ho ancora provato con VPN (Privado gratuito) su PC.
Ho notato lo script epgitalia.sh (gzip). Non so se devo avviarlo con telnet e se l'epg 'comparirà' con i canali italiani.
Anche io ho fatto le tue stesse cose... Con il decoder Octagon SF8008 funziona molto bene, mentre con il decoder Pulse 4K Combo purtroppo non funziona con o senza l'app di servizio - cambiando il riproduttore di film in exteplayer3 (5002 ).

Also dreamsat panel, it is another important panel which include too much tools, skins, script and plugins.

I confirm that Kodi 21 works very well on my Octagon SF8008, but unfortunately on Pulse 4K not work audio/video.
