    The Problem in DreamOS Images is the automatic Restart GUI after the Update. The Problem would not occur if you restarted the GUI manually after the Installation. dpkg gets confused by the automatic GUI Restart, and you have to run the Command dpkg -a --configure to fix it.

    I have installed the v10.0.0 Version over the v9.x.x for DreamOS, and the Option "Auto Reset Frozen Live Channels" works anymore.

    Edit: The Problem with Auto Reset are a Problem from the Server, sorry.


    Another problem is that my Dreambox TWO no longer shuts down correctly. I am attaching an enigma2 log.

    Why don't you contribute something positive so that gutemine no longer has to do certain things? It's a never-ending cycle that is kept going over and over again, where nobody can really win. You can also make life unnecessarily difficult for yourself, and gutemine takes the whole thing quite sportingly. Just always use his current plugins, stick to the licence conditions, don't annoy him, then he won't get stubborn and won't let any plugins expire.


    Alan Turing has been running on my DM920 for several months without any problems. I wouldn't mourn BA a tear, except perhaps if you use a mipsel box.

    What is this constant double standard towards gutemine? Either you like his plugins, you do everything you can to patch his plugins, or you him so much that you don't use any of his plugins anymore.


    And hecha71 wrote it in the first part of his post, where you can find all the information on how to use the @ plugin.


    And if you are looking for information about a plugin, you should also read the forum where the plugin was originally supported.

    At the Moment there seems to be no possibility for Skin Creators to completely redesign the individual Screens of the Plugin in order to adapt the Design of the Plugin to a Systemskin. I can determine the respective Screennames, but unfortunately I can't get any further. I would like it if in one of the next Versions it were possible to customise the Pluginscreens individually to a Systemskin, as is possible with many other Plugins. This would then perhaps also help the plugin to become more popular :winking face:.


    Im Moment scheint es keine Möglichkeit für Ersteller von Skins zu geben, die einzelnen Screens des Plugins gänzlich neu zu gestalten, um das Design des Plugins an einen Systemskin anzupassen. Ich kann zwar die jeweiligen Screennamen ermitteln, aber weiter komme ich leider nicht. Ich fände es schöner, wenn es in einer der nächsten Versionen die Möglichkeit gäbe, die Pluginscreens individuell an einen Systemskin anpassen zu können, so wie das bei vielen anderen Plugins möglich ist. Das würde dann vielleicht auch dem Plugin zu mehr Popularität verhelfen :winking face:.

    This is the Screen with the Name Main_Menü, and you have change the Color from the Title Background. I mean, other Position of the Screens, other Buttoms, other Background for all Submenus :winking face:.


    Ich nutze einen bestimmten Skin auf meiner Box, und möchte die Screens des Plugins gerne so skinnen, dass diese optisch zu diesem Skin passen.

    gutemine is in a mild mood right now, and has deactivated all built-in blockades for the time being. This means that ncam and other banned panels can be installed again. But you've already read that at the boxpirates :smirking face:. If you don't keep screwing up and spreading nonsense, then maybe it will stay that way. It's up to you now, but don't whine again afterwards when gutemine reactivates these blockades.

    Everyone knows what makes gutemine tick. This is nothing new, and it doesn't just affect the open source developers, but also us Dreambox users, who don't have it easy with him either. But holding this behaviour against him over and over again does not improve the whole situation. Whoever kicks him in the butt must expect to be kicked in the butt as well. Or, find a compromise and slowly get closer again. If you don't manage to do that, the fronts will harden further and no one will really be happy. Just use your head. And it's far from true that gutemine was banned from most boards, he simply deleted himself, as he had done several times before.
