Somtime my dm500 happens like yours, also i thinks the over heat ís problem, but once day when i'm flash another FW, my box is ok, the broken images has gone. everything is oke.
PS: some time, if the card share server is over load, its also make this happen.
May be some help for your.

I have an amiko alien 9800, its could reads the card, then now, I want to running card with oscam, the problem appear.
here is my config:

The problem is oscam said thats card error, so is there any wrong with my config?
