I will try to help from my side, so I added a new feature to the plugin. When this feature is enabled, it significantly helps reduce or prevent duplicated sources.

I had several options, including relying on a fingerprint system before deletion, where duplication would be detected based on the following data:

channel_id, start_time, stop_time, title

However, after testing, I found that this method could cause some events to disappear, and sometimes leave channels with no events, due to overlaps and confusion between channels.

Therefore, I moved to another solution, which is filtering the sources and preventing duplication in a safer way. This is the solution I am currently working on, and it is still in the testing phase.

Hi

The developer’s role ends with providing a plugin that works properly and without errors. According to what you said, the plugin downloaded around 195,000 events, which means that the download and import process is working, and the plugin itself did not encounter any error during execution.

After that, I do not have a direct role in the content of the sources or the sources from which the events are downloaded. This appears to be an issue with the Rytec sources themselves, as there seem to be duplicate sources, and you are the only one who can remove these duplicates from your box or settings.

Please try going to:

Menu > Setup > EPG > EPGImport > Sources

Then leave only one source checked:

Rytec Netherlands - Basic

Remove the checkmark from the duplicated entries, then run: Manual Import

Also, it is recommended to check the EPGImport sources folder and look for duplicate or old files such as:

rytec.sources.xml

rytec.sources.xml.bak

rytec.sources1.xml

rytec.sources.old.xml

custom.sources.xml

If you find old or duplicate files, disable them or move them outside the EPGImport folder, then restart the box or restart Enigma2, and try the import again.

In summary: the plugin is doing its job by importing the events. The duplicated Rytec sources need to be cleaned up, or only one source should be selected from the EPGImport settings.

When I released this proxy version, I thought many of you would be willing to help, compile the .json file, share it with everyone, and then receive the epg.

I certainly won't be making an epg, nor will I be compiling the json and .xml files for epgimport. In fact, I've removed them from GitHub, and I'll be removing the empgimport xml files.

The community is growing closer and closer to "grabbing" - "taking," but when it comes to "giving," I'm just not emotionally equipped to support this community, or rather, this plugin and the hundreds of other plugins I've made.

In other words: I haven't received much, but I've given a lot.

In the 19 hours since the update, over 1,300 people have opened the plugin.

That is KiddaC slyk-1080-r19 skin with normal epgimporter from feeds on openatv 7.60 so try it out and try not to jump between different epgimport versions and if you really want series and vod just use xstreamity who wants all those bouquets.

you should also checkout kiddacs others skins. :)

I have OpenATV 7.6 on a VU+ Ultimo.

I can't get the EPG working with bouquetmakerxtream_1.73.20260421.

I have already tried everything; it does retrieve the EPG,

but I don't see any EPG for the channels.

And I will install version 3.3 completely from scratch.

I also have Bouquet Maker Xtream installed, and I select my provider.

And after starting up, I don't see an EPG.

Do you know a solution?

I had the EPG searched with 1 checked, 50,000 references.

I came back after an hour, and the box was completely frozen.

After starting the box, no EPG was saved.

iet8 I also installed X-Streamity, and it automatically finds the EPG of the channels, how is that possible?

You have to start X-Streamity as a plugin first.

and then open a folder on the left side, and then choose a channel.
