Hast du schon geschaut ob bei Openatv openvpn Autostart im Menü aktiviert ist nicht in den VPN Manager Plugin !
Um gegen Test zu machen kannst du die Dateien von Proton .conf und auth.txt in /etc/openvpn Ordner kopieren und manuell openvpn auf der Box starten

go to Bootmenu and Flash Online image select the recovery
Reboot the Box and enter the Recovery menu see
