Hm... This menu item just duplicate "File->Import->Bouquet" as on my screenshot. Do you want to enable multiple file selection for the selection dialog?
E.g. 2 bouquet files and import them at once without the ability to select the required services (at once) as in my screenshot above? Without calling an additional dialog with import options?

There was a report about a successful launch via Termux. I haven't tested it myself, but I think it's a perfectly working option. Perhaps you can check it yourself or someone else would also like to experiment a little.
UPD. Yes, it takes time to setting up and installation, but if there is a real need, it seems like a working option.

It's not entirely clear what this means. There are separate settings (include paths) for picons.

Well, at least I don’t see in the provided screenshot that the TID, NID and Namespace values are set. I doubt I can help more than that.
FYI. If you are experiencing problems with drag and drop in the Services tab in the last version, you should update the "Columns order" extension (if you are using it)!
Of course it is all possible. But... Perhaps you are used to a different instrument. I don't see what does this give (what the goal of this feature). At the moment you can select necessary satellites (via filter feature) and (or) sort list by satellite and transponders.

More about the appearance. Windows 11 users might be interested in this theme. At me on Windows 11 looks like so:
Functionality is good, but sometimes you want to customize the program's appearance. 
In Linux, this program uses the system (Gtk3) theme by default. Simply change the theme for your desktop environment (or Gtk3 theme when used e.g. KDE) in the settings.
P.S. The last screenshot was taken on macOS! But the Gtk3 theme is also used. :) Of course, Windows users can also choose and use the theme that suits them.

Added an extension that enables the ability to change the order of columns (via column headers drag and drop) for most views.
This feature was not originally included in the program due to potential issues (I can't remember already what.). Therefore, it may operate unstable!
